Academic Year (Pre-Primary)

Academic year

  • Our Academic year starts from April and it ends in March with final Examination. First term commence from April and ending in October with Mid-term examination. Second term commence in November and ending in March with Final Term Examination
  • In between Midterm and Final term examination monthly observations and assessments are held regularly.
  • Regular Parent Teachers meeting (PTM) and academic workshops are arranged for parents’ interaction.
Assessment and Evaluation.

We are conducting four assessments in academic year from April-March.

  • Students academic progress is evaluated through monthly assessments, classroom observation reports(one in each month) Mid-Term and final term examination of the academic session
  • Assessment reports are sent to the parents in the months of May ,September and Midterm and Final term reports in the months of October and March

Academic Year (Primary & Secondary)

  • The academic year starts from April ending in March with final Term examination
  • The whole academic year comprising two halves. The first half commences in April followed by Two monthly tests and Mid Term examination in October. Likewise, second half commences in November ending in March with Third monthly tests and final Term examination

Shield & Awards

  • Magnificent students, who clear the examinations with flying colors, are rewarded at the time of result announcement.
  • The best students of each class get their Shield of “Star Award” at the end of the year if they get
    • 90% or more marks in Final Term result. (In Primary Section)
    • 85% or more marks in Final Term result. (In Secondary Section)
  • Rewards will be given to the outstanding students for perfect attendance, excellent role plays, good behavior, good handwriting, improvement in studies and for best speaking skills

Co-Curricular ActivitiesNo one can contradict with the need of co-curricular activities in an educational institution, as these activities play essential part in the physical and mental growth of students. National Schooling System is working in the domain by focusing on both the activities which enhance pupils’ observation skills and physical fitness like field trips and sports week. And the activities which are important to improve their academics as well like Bazm-e-Adab, English Literacy Week, Math Week, SciFest, etc. These activities are not only giving help to improve the academic skills but furnishing a great deal of confidence and developing sportsmanship in our students. Moreover, the activities like annual function and theme celebrations (in Pre-Primary), etc are playing part in developing cultural and moral skills
